Mr. Amir was working out of Pakistan and his wife was living with his family along with his children and suddenly his wife Zareen left the house of the parents of Mr. Amir and shifted into the house of her father and stopped meeting of children with their grandparents and other family members.
Mr. Amir returned back to Pakistan and went to his in-laws’ house to meet his wife and children, but the father of Zareen refused to enter into his house even not allowed him to meet his wife and children. Mr. Amir tried his best but his wife and father not allowed to meet and see his children.

Mr. Ansar fixed his appointment with Insaaaf.com and appointed to handle his case of Fair rent. Fair rent was fixed by the Court. Mr. Saboor was directed to pay rent on time. In case of default of rent of two months continuously Mr. Ansar is entitled to take vacate possession of his house from Mr. Saboor.
Mrs. Sameera is a school teacher and living in a rental house along with her three daughters but Mrs. Jameela increasing rent very high against the decided terms and conditions of Tenancy Agreement every year.
When Mrs. Sameera refused to increase rent more than 10% of present rent then Mrs. Jameela threaten to vacate the premises in one week otherwise will throw out their belongings out of the house.
Mrs. Sameera approached and appointed Insaaaf.com for her matter. Mrs. Jameela cannot throw out the belongings of Mrs. Sameera without due process of law during tenancy period. Mrs. Jameela directed not to increase rent more than 10% as mention in Tenancy Agreement. If Mrs. Jameela wants to eject Mrs. Samera then she has to give notice of three months.
Khawar and Erum mutually decided for their separation. They have two children and the custody of children were with Mr. Khawar. Erum got second marriage.
Mr. Khawar wanted to take his children abroad on vocation, but visa authority required custody order / guardianship certificate for travelling purpose after separation.
Mr. Khawar discussed his case with Insaaaf.com and appointed for his case to custody or guardianship certificate. Mr. Khawar appointed Guardian of his children. Mr. Khawar can take his children anywhere in the world without any hindrance.
